A Fab Sign for a Specialist Hairdressers

The owners of Spring hairdresser came across our website  when looking for someone to make their signs for their new salon specialising in curly hair.  They loved how creative we were and so asked us to manufacture their signs.

They already knew what they wanted and already had a logo. The problem was how to make it.

Being a listed building, the signs had to be sympathetic to the architecture. Also, the fascia was long, thin and slopped. Not ideal for any sign, let alone one which has a delicate logo. If we made the logo so that it fitted within the fascia, it would be too small and so hard to read. So we had to find a way of increasing its size whilst complementing the architecture.

Our solution was to CNC cut a clear acrylic panel to the shape of the logo and mount the logo onto the panel. We then used black stand-offs to raise it off the backboard and to secure it.

Our client is so happy with their new sign that they have invited us to price for some internal wall art.
