Leicesters Coolest Cantina!

We love working with the Bitters n’ Twisted Group. They guarantee a creative and fun project.

For this one, we were asked to manufacture and install flat cut acrylic letters for the external sign and provide lighting in the form of trough lights. We also manufactured a double sided projecting sign using aluminium composite for the panel and laser cutting acrylic for the lettering. The swan neck lights were spray-painted matte black by us as they do not come in this finish.

For the inside of the cantina, we printed the legendary cactus wallpaper for behind the bar. As this is an area likely to get dirty, we decided to use a vinyl for this and laminated it so that it can be cleaned as often as required.

Our client also wanted a distressed and worn looking illuminated toilet sign. For this we manufactured an LED light box which was powder-coated to a specified blue. We then used spray-paint to create the distressed look. The internal panel was coated with a varnish and dry brushed to give the effect of years of trapped dirt.

Our last task was to produce the window vinyls. These were simply cut from a frosted cast vinyl to ensure longevity.
