Alliance Health Group
The Brief
Following a makeover on the 10th and 11th floors of Alliance House, Alliance Health Group were left with crisp white walls. Although this gave a clean and fresh feeling, it left the offices looking a little stark and boring. Even the introduction of bright and colourful furniture failed to inject personality.
Alliance had stumbled across our website and loved how we had transformed Yell’s Birmingham Offices through custom designed and printed wallpaper. They also loved that the HNS Team are young and very creative. We were the right fit for them.
Alliance wanted to escape the feeling of working in Birmingham. They wanted something bright and vibrant which would inspire and motivate staff.
With Alliance being the largest independent healthcare group owned by doctors, it was important to them that the focus was not on illness, but on healthy living and prevention being better than a cure.
They wanted to show fit, healthy, young fresh people living life to the full.
How We Helped
This was a fun project for us, we so many sources of inspiration. We decided to use the bright colours from the furniture as our pallet. We could already see from the site survey how well these contrasted with the white walls.
We used this to make a real statement in their reception with the use of wallpaper and desk branding.
The Full Package
Once the concept was agreed, we began manufacturing. Our team were kept busy with printing custom wallpaper for six walls, laser cut acrylics and vinyls which were applied to the walls and pillars and a few directional signs… we also gave their logo a bit of a refresh.
We sent in the decorators to hang the wallpaper for us before we installed the finishing touches.
Personality To Inspire
Colour alone does not inspire staff, so it was important that we reflected their personalties. With this in mind, we asked our client what hobbies and sports were of interest to their employees. Luckily for us, the employees enjoyed a wide variety of sports, such as skiing, cycling and sailing.
These formed the bases for the wall art design.
