Adams Restaurant
Our first Michelin Star Restaurant
When one of our favourite restaurants was set to move into a new, larger premises we were hoping for the opportunity to tender. So when Prime Solutions, a construction and fit out company who we have worked with on numerous occasions asked us to manufacture the signs and window vinyls, we jumped at the chance!
Other sign companies had submitted quotes for a lower specification, but knowing that this was a Michelin Star restaurant, we knew that only the best would do and so submitted our price based on using only the best materials.
“We are very pleased with the overall look and style of signage, both internal and external with our new restaurant. The quality and finish represents our Michelin star status.
The craftsmanship of the signage not only represents our brand, but is the first thing our diners see on arrival – so it had to be good, and I’m pleased to say it is thanks to HNS Signs.”

What We Did
To make the main sign, we manufactured an aluminum try which was powder coated to match their branding. At just shy of 1 meter high and 10 meters long, this had to be made and taken to site in sections. The logo was was manufactured from stainless steel and built up to make it 3D. These were secured to the face with bolts which are secured on the back of the sign.
The double sided projecting sign was manufactured in a similar way, but as the letters were too small to make from steel, we laser cut these from white acrylic and bonded them directly to the face.
To ensure that these signs could be seen day and night, trough lighting was installed which runs the length of the sign.
Fret cut frosted vinyl decals were then installed to the doors and another to a glass panel to create a privacy screen for diners who are sat close to the main entrance.
