Using Wall Art to Inspire and Motivate
Paycare understand the positive impact that well thought out wall art can have on a companies culture, and so wanted to use this to highlight the companies policies and values. Having found our website, they knew that we were the right company to help them achieve this.
During a staff meeting, an employee proudly noted that “People are at the heart of everything [Paycare] do” This soon became the chosen value for the company.
Using images from the company branding, we produced colourful wall art from laser cut acrylic with vinyls applied to the face. This allowed us to create tactile wall art which was guaranteed to catch the attention of the employees and customers alike.
To brighten up dark hallways, we manufactured vinyl quotes and applied them to the walls. Again, the quotes chosen were those personal to the Paycare team.
It’s not all about the employees…
Paycare also wanted to brighten up their Reception area and make it more enjoyable for visiting clients. Instead of just painting the reception, they opted to use this opportunity to market themselves to visitors and share their success with their clients.
Using their own in-house design team, they designed wall art showcasing their impressive timeline. We used their artwork to produce wall art which was printed onto a wallpaper. To make “Paycare” stand out, we produced flat cut letters on the CNC from from pvc.
Paycare are big believers in charity and have worked hard to raise money for many charities. To show their more caring sign, wall art was produced to show just how much they have raised.
