Universally regarded as one of the world’s great lager conditioned beers, Budvar knew that they had to brand their craft beer in tanks which mirrored the quality of the larger within, especially when being sold in one of London’s premium establishments.
Unable to achieve the desired look through printed decals, Budvar stumbled across HNS Signs website and knew that this was the company to offer a solution.

The Brief

Wanting a distressed and aged look without damaging the finish to the tanks, Budvar asked the HNS team to visit the factory who manufacture and install the tanks so that they could remove the vinyl decals and sign-paint the branding directly onto the tanks.
Working in cramped and less than ideal conditions (lying on the floor at times,) our team lovingly sign painted a total of 8 logos onto 4 tanks, using dry brushes to achieve the worn look.

Being hand painted ensured that no two tanks were the same which adds to the “established” feel.
